On August 15th, 2025, GPIS filed a Patent for our state-of-the-art aspirator Design. An assembly for inflating inflatable emergency evacuation devices, such as evacuation slides and life rafts. The aspirator comprises a housing, mixing chamber, and nozzle assembly. The nozzle assembly includes nozzle jets that may be formed with user-selected or adjustable internal diameters (ID) to optimize deployment
pressure and airflow. These features enable efficient inflation using reduced volumes of
compressed gas, allowing for smaller and lighter gas bottles. The entire assembly is
manufactured as a single, monolithic 3D-printed structure, reducing weight, eliminating
seams, and enhancing performance. The aspirator achieves a mass-flow ratio between
4:1 and 8:1.
